What Are You Breathing Out Into The World?
Ascension Symptoms Monitor for November 8, 2019

Photo by Victor on UnsplashTake a big breath and exhale deeply. Feel the energy inside of you flowing out into the world. What did you send on your breath and whom do you wish to receive it? We take our breathing for granted because it is obviously how we live. However, much more happens in one breath than staying alive. If you are having issues with your throat, your voice, your mouth, and your neck welcome to our next evolutionary adventure. It is no accident that this area of our body is actively reconfiguring itself as this is the pathway that air travels to and from our bodies. What we believe and how we attend to the forces of life that give us our existence, come through the breath.

Breathe in a deep blue as you are reading this. When you exhale, relax into your body. Continue doing this for a few breaths. You will notice that you feel more centered in your body and more present in your chair. Instead of leaving your body on the exhale you settled into it. The deep blue energies of willful presence draw you into yourself so that you can be of conscious service.

Let’s try breathing in a vibrant yellow. On the exhale feel the Sun shining in your chest. Continue doing this for a few breaths until you feel your chest expanding with freedom and hope. The vibrant joy of yellow is settling into your heart and lungs, restoring hope and encouraging positive emotions. You may find yourself smiling just by breathing in and relaxing into yellow.

Now let’s add your voice to the process. Breathe in deep pink. On the exhale feel the pink energies flowing into the pit of your stomach. You may feel yourself being drawn down into your belly. Relax into this. Now gently say, “I love myself,” on the exhale. Continue doing this for a few breaths. Notice how the words carried on the breath literally lift the love up and through your body? Continue for a few more breaths and you may even feel a bit light-headed as the love pours into the space around you. If you are so inclined, move from loving yourself into loving all living beings. Replace, “I love myself.” with “I love Creation.” How does this feel?

We hope this introduction into the power of your breath, and what your voice is capable of producing, has intrigued you. There is so much more to come in the next few weeks as your understanding of life force and your collaboration with it unfolds. For now, bless the air that is blessing you with life. We will be in touch!
