Description

Growing into our soul-embodiment requires physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual training. It is demanding, rigorous, and requires vigilance as we transition from third dimensional to fifth dimensional living. This new regimen can be exhausting as we become aware of and exercise auric muscles we didn’t even know existed. Although it is exciting to explore our soul-embodiment and wonderful to experience, rest is welcome and rejuvenation required. This frequency is a lullaby for the soul-embodied human beings we are becoming. It offers respite from the demands of transformation, while infusing us with the comfort to carry on. Additionally, it provides the same respite and comfort for our beautiful planet in its ascension into fifth dimensional resonance.

Exercise

On a clean sheet of paper write down ten ways that you know how to soothe yourself. Then mark them in order of effectiveness with 10 being the most soothing and 1 being the least relaxing. After each one, recall how many times you used that technique in the last month. Which technique did you turn to the most to calm down? Of the ten that you listed, is that the one that is most effective? Which one is the most convenient? In creating a calming down repertoire, we all need to access effective and easy ways to embrace our soul-embodiment. As you play the song, allow your Soul to provide you with even more options to mellow out, soften up, and trust in the light living within you. Place this list where you can easily access it. When we are stressed, we often forget to let our Soul’s soothe us, providing us with the strength and support to carry on.

Meditation

Lay down in a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. You may even place the minerals noted below around your body for more support. Visualize or imagine yourself floating on an ocean of warm lavender light. It is extremely buoyant and completely supporting you. As the song plays, imagine yourself being gently rocked by the lavender energies, calmed and soothed by the warm ocean water. Release any disturbing thoughts, feelings, memories, and sensations into the ocean and let them be washed away as you settle into peace. If you struggle with insomnia, you can place the song on a loop and use this to fall asleep.
