In every major situation, relationship, and environment in your life your Soul is “touching” you and measuring your responses or reactions to the challenges presented so that it can reach you more effectively and with greater success. Although you may feel like giving up or getting out of control, your Soul does not have that option. It unconditionally loves you and is committed to your evolutionary development in every circumstance. Especially, those moments when you are not committed to fulfilling yourself. Your Soul is charged with the task of finding a way to break through so you can break out of the suffering, restrictions, and blindness that disconnect you from the creative power of your own life-force, while respecting your free will. Emerging from the March 2017 New Moon Planetary Activation, this frequency helps us connect to the guidance our Souls are continually providing. When you are a willing, attentive, and enthusiastic student, life’s lessons are more than windows into the Soul, they are the instructions for your soul-embodiment. It’s not about bringing heaven to Earth. It is about realizing that Heaven lives inside you, and when you show up with Heaven in your body, the light shines all over the Earth.

Exercise

Growing and caring for a plant can remind you to grow your soul-embodiment by focusing on your evolutionary development every day. Pick a plant that means something to you, as in a herb that you love to eat, or a flower that you lovingly received at an important occasion. Choose a pot that is beautiful and fits the space where you will place your plant. Make sure your plant will get enough light to grow. Getting the best potting soil possible for the plant you have chosen will bring the greatest success. Once you have gathered all your equipment. Place the packet of seeds between your hands and bless them. Ask them to help you grow your connection to your Soul, as you pledge to care for their emerging life in your home. As you play the song, plant your seeds and lovingly water them. Place your planter in your home, committing to yourself that whenever you pass by this plant, you will remember to embrace your soul-embodiment in the best ways possible in that moment. As your connection to this plant grows, you may want to sit with it when you are encountering a challenge and listen to the guidance it will help you to access. You can also place one of the minerals that supports your evolution into the planter as well.

Meditation

Sit in a comfortable chair with your back as straight as possible. Breathe deeply into your abdomen and exhale gently. Continue breathing deeply until you are relaxed and receptive. Focus on the white orb of light beneath your feet. This is your fifth dimensional Soul Star that connects you to the ascension energies of the Earth. Feel your feet being pulled into the brilliant white energies beneath you and relax into this new planetary connection. You are grounding into the emerging fifth dimensional energies of the planet. Very gently imagine a beam of this brilliant Soul’s light rising through the soles of your feet and up through your spinal cord and brain. Feel your entire nervous system being bathed in your Soul’s light and calmly receiving this electromagnetic infusion of fifth dimensional life-force into every cell in your body. Imagine the brilliant Soul’s light beam connect to a white lotus at the top of your head, your fifth dimensional crown chakra. As you play the song, relax into your Soul’s frequencies descending into your physical form. The lotus crown chakra will bloom, sending Soul’s light into your memories, feeling, thoughts, and hopes and dreams. Relax into all that you now are, and let it guide you into all that you will become.
