Breathe in a deep forest green and imagine laying down upon a soft blanket of moss. Allow yourself to be supported by the Earth and feel the planet cradling you with her life force. As you relax into her body become aware of your consciousness traveling down through the mantle of the planet and into a crystalline cave deep within the heart of the Earth. As you take your place in the cave, become aware of waves of vibrations moving through you. Listen closely and you will hear the crystals singing. Their frequencies are building a matrix of connection linking all those who are now also entering the cave. Animals, plants, trees, insects, angels, representatives of ancient civilizations, and emigres from other star systems have traveled far to take their place in this crystalline matrix.
