Exercise
Imagine traveling to the Sirian Star System and arriving in a classroom devoted to the study of the evolution of civilizations. Open your awareness as the lecturer proceeds to outline the basic steps that third dimensional civilizations must complete to embrace multi-dimensionality and space travel. Allow yourself to embrace the vastness of the information you are receiving as your perspective is becoming multi-dimensional and quantum in nature. As the lecture completes, imagine the instructor greeting you with joy and willing to answer any questions you might have. Enjoy the interaction. As you walk out of the lecture hall you find yourself back in your body on Earth with a greater appreciation of the human journey.
Meditation
Visualize a brilliant golden Sun in your solar plexus chakra. Feel it pulsing within you and with each pulse growing larger and larger until you feel yourself floating within a brilliant golden sphere. Imagine a beam of light reaching out from your solar plexus and finding its way through the Earth’s orbit to reach our solar Sun. As the beam reaches the Sun’s corona it begins to transmit tiny bits of the light of the Sun back to your golden sphere, infusing you with the life-force that supports our entire solar system. As you breathe the golden light deeply into your auric field, become aware of your life-force strengthening and deepening. Continue breathing in the life-force of the Sun until the song completes. Then detach the beam from the Sun’s corona and feel it return to your golden sphere. Thank the Sun for the golden infusion of life-force that you have just received.
