Enlightened and Empowered

When this nation was being born, the Heavens supported its creation because the spiritual destiny of the United States of America was then, and continues to be, the establishment of a national environment for enlightenment and empowerment.  Throughout our very short history, we have been blessed with tremendous natural resources and great human resilience to provide leadership, direction, protection, and support for humanity all over the globe.  We have fought with each other and for each other, heralding our freedom to believe, think, act, and remember as we each see fit.

Proud of our independent spirit, we became a land where hard work could pay off and dreams did come true, where ingenuity combined with stamina offered untold potentials.  We honored the concept of freedom but have yet to fully embrace the reality it offers.  We nearly broke in half during the Civil War but chose wholeness and the possibilities it brings instead.  Those possibilities offered the greatest advances in research, industry, medicine, education, and so much more to the entire world.  The enlightenment offered to this citizenry of the United States of America empowered us to lend a hand in the well being of all those around the globe.  And for quite a while, putting our rebellious nature aside, we chose to engage in service and to support the freedom of all.  We were living our spiritual destiny.  We had earned the respect of the world.

Now we are challenged to look upon our current circumstances and take stock of what it means to be a citizen of the United States of America.   What do we individually and collectively choose to stand for, to believe in, to work towards?  Where does respect live in this country today?  Has our independence worked against us?  What are we doing with all the abundance this land offers?  What part do we play in climate change?  This young land, created for enlightenment and empowerment, still carries these frequencies for those willing to embody them.  We are not a lost nation.  We are a people in an identity crisis, and like all adolescents in search of an identity, we need to grow into the best of who we can be, not languish in the detours where the worst of ourselves were expressed.  The coronavirus and the financial losses that come with it are giving us the opportunity to turn the lights back on in our hearts, minds, and bodies.  When independent spirits respectfully collaborate, great achievements happen.  We have already proved that to be true.

A nation is made up of people living in the same location so what you say, feel, think, remember, and believe matter, regardless of where you reside in this very big country.  Leadership starts with what lives inside you, not with what comes at you.  When you own the positions that you choose to take, you will do what it requires to support them, and you will discover the experts that can teach you what you need to know. That being said, what enlightenment are you seeking to be empowered to contribute to this nation in your unique way?  How are you honoring the freedom you experience every day?  How do you share that gift in your community?  What does it mean to you to be a respectful citizen, especially when you feel constrained by the coronavirus? I am grateful to have been born in the land of the free and the home of the brave.  And I continue to believe in the bravery that is alive on the streets and in the homes of America.  When we are brave enough to accept enlightenment, then empowerment can guide all of us to well being and eventually, peace.  Thank you for doing all you can for this beautiful country.
