Hurtful actions and humiliating moments are photographed into the cells of the body, reliving the traumas when anything triggers their recall. Hurtful beliefs scar the spirit and lead to lost potential, isolation, depression, and ultimately the loss of meaning in life. Shame wastes life-force. It treats your reason for living like garbage. It is the ultimate experience of disrespect. Its consequences are devastating for the entire civilization because those touched by shame struggle to reclaim their hearts, minds, and bodies while spreading their pain, doubt, anger, and resentment to everything that lives around them. Shame is never just personal. It creates a collective imprint and it is time for that imprint to dissolve into compassion. The truth is that humanity is not a shameful civilization. Rather, it is a civilization that has experienced shame and is learning how to heal by transcending the ways it has shamed itself.
Those leading an enlightened life welcome shameful experiences into their heart to be loved. They listen with their Soul’s hearing to understand which parts of the person were attacked and then go about restoring auric safety with the individual. The ability to see through the eyes of the Soul awakens a compassionate yet firm awareness of lessons to be learned, responsibilities to be owned, and forgiveness to be offered for the unthinkable and nonsensical. Shame is not a curse to the enlightened. It can be utilized to explore the profound gift of self-love, self-respect, and self-empowerment without the need for revenge or justice. Those honoring who they are, what they are doing, why they are doing it, and respecting with whom they are experiencing life, are grateful for the community in which they are serving. Move your hands to the base of your neck, palms crossing to make the shape of an “x” at the center of your collarbone. Become aware of a deep violet light moving through the palms of your hands and working its way up your neck, through your voice box, and up into your mouth. The violet energy will begin neutralizing all the damaging energies created by your voice and begin scrubbing out all the damaging energies you absorbed from the language of others. As this unfolds you may experience discomfort because all that has restricted your voice or temporarily choked you is being scrubbed away. Continue sending the violet light through your hands and notice when it begins to turn into a lighter lavender energy. That means that the healing is well underway and the damaging primitive experiences of the third dimension are resolving.
