On Believing in Yourself:  Believing in yourself takes courage. Once you do, the power of your Soul begins to transform your life moment by moment, decision by decision. Who you are is not up to you. You were sculpted into being by the Creator and infused with your Soul’s life force to experience the divinity of your humanity.   When and how you choose to embrace and reveal the divinity within your humanity is up to you. Now is a good time to do both. There is a difference between believing in yourself and having faith in who you are. The ego doesn’t understand belief because it deals in practical realities that it regards as dangerous or safe. Yet, believing in yourself in the third dimension addresses the hope that there is more to you than you physically know and see. It provides the motivation to explore parts of yourself that have not been spiritually, mentally, emotionally, etherically, or physically exercised. Having faith in who you are is built on the multi-dimensional reality that your Soul is already in the driver’s seat of your life and you are consciously trusting in where it is taking you. Do you understand this difference?

It is important that what starts at belief grows into faith. Only then will you develop confidence in your Soul and arrive at grace, the conscious experience of celestial presence and support. Start with small steps that move you out of your comfort zone and expose you to new possibilities, opportunities, relationships, and environments. Your Soul is using these to draw out the best in you for yourself, family, community, nation, and world. In the days and weeks to come, many possibilities, opportunities, relationships, and environments will appear as chaos unfolds in the third-dimensional realms.   By believing in yourself and courageously acting in new and unexpected ways, you will find it much easier to embrace the power and wisdom of your Soul and experience the peace that only it can provide. Indeed, there is a graceful “how” in the essence of “who” you are. It is amazing how powerful three letters can be. Participate in the wonder of you and create something wonderful. You can because there is so much of your divine humanity to work with!

Planetary Activation:

Imagine a padlock on your brain at your third eye. It is a small device with a very complicated locking mechanism that appears to be hidden. Are you ready to engage in the journey to free your brain and open your mind? Let’s begin by visualizing the texture of your brain and finding a crevice that we can travel into. You are looking for a landing spot in the mountains and valleys of neurons that compose this physical organ. Imagine turning on a lavender lamp inside your skull to make it easier to see. There, you have found the place to land. Let your consciousness descend into this crevice. Relax into the level of neural activity occurring. Get comfortable with becoming aware of this processing station for your life. Imagine the crevice filling with lavender light.

Gently now become aware of the waves of neural activity nudging, pushing, squishing, or propelling you. With each action, listen to the words, images, judgments, and choices your neurons are processing. Witness parts of your brain lighting up, going dark, flashing, or vibrating as these words, images, and judgments are being analyzed, processed, and stored. Allow the words, images, and judgments to reveal themselves to you while you are engulfed in the lavender light filling this crevice. What is your brain currently preoccupied with? Is it processing negativity or generating positive perspectives? Does it work quickly or at a snail’s pace? Does it have confidence or is it wracked with doubt in its own effectiveness? As you engage these questions, you begin traveling through the crevice and deeper into the many parts of the brain. You enter the hippocampus, the scrapbook of your memories, and the lavender light turns a deep violet with silver sparkles. Settle here awhile and turn the pages of your past. Which images, words, judgments, and choices are no longer helpful to keep? Throw them into the violet light and let the old energies transform into clear space, making room in the hippocampus for more beauty and goodness. Travel further now into the amygdala, the part of the brain that helps you to process emotion. Feel the lavender flooding the amygdala as you travel into the traumas captured by this part of the brain. Your amygdala has been keeping you safe from the explosive and devastating emotions these traumas produced. From the time you emerged from the birth canal to the breakup of your first love, for any car accident that you may have witnessed or been part of, to the violence you are exposed to in the media, your amygdala for as small as it is, has a huge job. Let the lavender light turn a deep violet and neutralize these traumas. Make space to live beyond the fear these traumas instilled in your neural network. Become aware of the amygdala starting to focus on happiness and joy, freedom and emotional adventure.

As the deep violet turns once again into lavender, it is time to travel out of the hippocampus and into the epithalamus, deep into the heart of the brain where the pineal gland resides. As the lavender surrounds this tiny gland, you become aware of an eye staring at you. It is the most beautiful, clear, and powerful eye you have ever seen and the color that it appears to you is a powerful expression of the energy that you radiate into the world. Suddenly your pineal eye blinks at you and rolls upward. Your gaze follows, and a beam of white light radiates out of the pineal gland and up through the top of your skull. Brilliant white light begins to flood the center of your brain and penetrates every neuron. It is so bright that it appears that your brain is a ball of glowing illumination. You sense that your brain is more alive than ever. It also feels more peaceful than ever with an eerie quiet that is blanketing the very active neural pathways. The Soul’s mind has come to live in your physical brain. Your neural network’s capacity to process words, images, judgments, and choices can now also process multi-dimensional energies. The third-dimensional brain that works so hard to keep you alive, is now a vehicle for the mind of your Soul that is guiding your ascension into fifth-dimensional living.   Your pineal eye rolls back to face you and a small beam of laser white light is connected to it. You missed seeing this tiny light beam previously, and now you understand what it is. As it blinks at you again, the eye appears to be smiling as it projects a small beam of laser light right into you. The light gives you a tiny blast and your consciousness turns to see the small white beam moving through your forehead and connecting to the padlock at your third eye. The beam enters the padlock and it dissolves into white light. You find your consciousness looking out at your world from this now opening the magnificent third eye. You’ve never seen anything so beautiful because you have never viewed life on Earth from this perspective. Suddenly the white light flows out of your third eye and surrounds your entire auric field while the lavender travels through the medulla oblongata at the back of the head, down the spinal cord, through the nerve plexuses and into every neuron in the body. The lavender moves through the fingers and toes dissolving into white light. What a wonder it is to see like this!

December’s Stone Grid:

This month’s minerals will help you develop your clearest vision possible, both physically and metaphysically. Many of them support and strengthen your central nervous system to encourage the optimal functioning of your brain. Those minerals that are experts in trauma debriefing relieve stress not only in the brain but throughout the auric field. All the stones for December are movers and shakers. To make the most of December’s minerals, focus upon what you choose to accomplish first. Are you seeking to clear, to awaken, or to understand? Pick a few stones from the category you have chosen and use some to carry or wear on the body and some to create a grid at home, work, or both. Clearing, awakening, and understanding need to happen everywhere so blanketing your life with these stones is a good idea. If you choose to engage all three processes, then I suggest starting with the clearing minerals for a week or so, then moving into the perspective minerals for however long feels appropriate, then ending with the illumination minerals. You may choose to create a grid of your illumination stones in the busiest room of your home or business after you’ve completed the process to keep everyone in your life seeing more clearly. The number of weeks this will take depends on your individual experience. Trust that in this process your intuition is growing, and you will recognize when to stay awhile or move on.
