Intense Dreaming

Usually, when you open your eyes, you are viewing your world from this lifetime, your current incarnation.  Now, however, when you open your eyes, the eyes of the lives you have lived throughout your entire experience on the Earth are looking out at the life you now live and weighing in on how successful you are being.  All of your incarnations have been drawn into a process of healing that will eventually coalesce into wholeness with an opportunity for planetary completion.  Your many sets of eyes are inviting you to see the truths that have lived for thousands of years in your minds, hearts, and bodies.  What you are unwilling to see with your eyes, these many versions of you are exploring in your dreams while your ego cannot interfere.  The dreams may be intense and your sleep state extremely deep as your subconscious mind copes with the soulful healing you are undergoing.  Many of these dreams won’t make sense but rather point to destructive behavioral patterns, illusory egotistical perspectives, achingly tragic heart pain, ignorant intellectual pursuits, and repetitive physical traumas that have impeded your evolutionary journey for thousands or even tens of thousands of years.  Your dreams are guiding you into awareness so that forgiveness, redemption, and healing can emerge triumphant in the days and nights of this incarnation.  Healing while sleeping is such a gift and so much gentler than having to wrestle with your ego minute by minute.

Honor the compassion of this ascension symptom by being willing to embrace the patterns that you are literally waking up to. You may choose to sleep with a quartz crystal point or a large tumbled amethyst by your bed or even under your pillow.  They will help you to understand the information and experiences your Soul is sharing.  Here is a simple prayer or affirmation to assist you now:
