Exercise

To literally love on the move, choose a vehicle. It can be your car, a bicycle, a skateboard, or a boat. Put aside a period of time from fifteen minutes, to about an hour, where you can stay focused on the exercise. Get calm, take a few deep breaths, and focus on your heart. Ask your heart to navigate as you get into your vehicle. Play the song and follow your heart’s direction. Trust your intuition as your Soul guides you to places, people, situations, and environments that are part of your path and have something to share with you. Be open and release all judgments. You don’t have to understand. You are simply allowing yourself to experience the fluidity of love’s intelligence. As your trust in your Soul’s ability to love you grows, so does your ability to love yourself and all else. Engage as you feel called to, or witness what is being shown to you. Enjoy the journey.

Meditation

Find the place in your home where you feel the most content. Gaze around the room and thank the space for supporting you so fully. Get into a comfortable position and breathe deeply. As you relax into the safety and support of your environment, connect to your 5D Soul Star beneath your feet. Allow your consciousness to descend into that brilliant white ball of light beneath you, the portal that connects you to your Soul. As you settle into the consciousness of your Soul, willfully travel a white beam of light up into your legs. Willfully rise with your Soul’s light into the trunk of your body, becoming aware of the life-force required to support your physical form, and transform it simultaneously. Willfully move with your Soul’s light into your head, becoming aware of the limitations of the brain as you experience the consciousness of your Soul’s mind. Attend to the flowering of your Soul’s light into the subtle bodies of your auric field around you. Willfully flow with your Soul’s light into your memories, feelings, thoughts, and hopes and dreams, infusing them with unconditional love, courage, focus, direction, hope, and celebration.
